Our uniform cultivates a culture that is neat, orderly, and honors God in how we dress. We buy from one place so the uniform actually looks uniform across the school—which also means you never have to guess whether something counts.

1. Buy it from French Toast

Tops, blouses, shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, sweaters, and outerwear all come from French Toast. Every item below links straight to it.

2. Outerwear is embroidered

Blazers, the quarter-zip, and any fleece worn at school carry the Valor logo. Bring those to the office and we embroider them here, so the logo is identical on every student.

Required

Skirts and skorts should be as close to knee-length as possible; black leggings may be worn underneath. Shorts are not part of the girls' uniform except under a skirt for modesty. In grades K–6, wear a white tank under the dress-day blouse.

Grooming & jewelry

Boys

  • A traditional boys' haircut, above the collar and neatly groomed. No coloring, unnatural look, distinctive lines, or differing lengths.
  • No chains, earrings, body-piercing jewelry, or visible tattoos.
  • A watch is the only visible jewelry. It may not make noise, have smart technology, or be cumbersome.
  • Shirts must be tucked in.

Girls

  • Hair in natural colors and feminine.
  • Hair accessories in solid navy, black, or white, or the Valor plaid, fitting the modest, conservative style of the uniform.
  • In grades K–6, makeup and nails natural and modest. Nail polish is allowed in classy colors fitting the uniform.
  • Earrings are allowed and must be classy and fitting to the uniform; no body-piercing jewelry.
  • A watch may not make noise, have smart technology, or be cumbersome.

A teacher may ask for a watch, hair accessory, or piece of jewelry to be removed if it becomes a distraction.
