  • Minnesota · Minn. Stat. §120A.22 (compulsory instruction, subjects, instructor qualifications, annual assessment), §120A.24 (reporting and the records you must keep), §121A.15 subd. 8 (immunization).
  • Minnesota forms · MDE's Initial Registration Form for Unaccredited Nonpublic Schools and Letter of Intent to Continue to Provide Instruction. Minnesota accepts "a written or electronic format of your choice," which is what this produces.

  • Tests · CLT publishes its exams as nationally norm-referenced achievement tests that meet Minnesota's requirement. The Peabody (PIAT-R) is nationally normed and individually administered.
